Where the old meets the new:

Techspace Eiswerk is perfectly situated between Köpenicker Straße and the River Spree and will open in 2020.

Built at the end of the 19th century the former cooling house was one of the first in Europe and represented the city’s thriving industry. Our community will bring the space into the 21st century, reinstating Eiswerk as a hub of growth and productivity.

This project involved creating 32 customised Solinas LED tubes with varying length of power cords up-to 30m, the brief given was to highlight and draw attention to the heritage lift, which is protected under Germany’s building regulations.

Given the size and varying lengths involved our design team opted for 6000K in colour. We were able to provide all of these bespoke units and ship to Germany from our Manchester HQ in just 4 weeks.
